Existing fixtures and finishes are removed according to the approved scope, and debris is properly contained and removed following building procedures. Plumbing and electrical work is then completed, followed by inspections when required.

Once the rough work is complete, the bathroom moves into the construction and finishing stages. This typically includes wall and floor preparation, waterproofing, shower construction, tile installation, cabinetry and vanity installation, plumbing fixtures, lighting, glass enclosures, painting, and final accessories.

Throughout the renovation, we coordinate the different trades, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and work within the building's permitted construction schedule. Before completion, the bathroom is carefully inspected, final touch-ups are performed, and the space is professionally prepared for the client's final walkthrough.
